Approach
Treatment Philosophy
Effective therapy instills hope and builds a practice of self-awareness that leads to greater clarity, resilience, and growth. My approach is both insight-oriented and experiential, integrating attachment-focused and nervous system-informed work to help shift patterns at a deeper level.
While I bring expertise in psychology, you are the expert on your own lived experience. Therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to support, guide, and at times challenge you in ways that create perspective and forward movement. My stance is direct and attuned, holding space for both insight and deeper processing.
Therapy With Kylie
Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or sensing that something is no longer working, I will meet you where you are and help you move toward growth.
Our work together is both reflective and active, helping you develop greater awareness, strengthen your ability to respond differently, and open new possibilities in how you relate to yourself and others. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches within a collaborative, person-centered framework.
Clients often arrive with something specific they want to work on. Sometimes we go straight there. Other times, what matters most reveals itself along the way.
I pay attention to both: what you bring and what emerges between us. The patterns, the reactions, and the places where understanding alone has not been enough. That is often where the conversation begins to move beneath the surface, and where real transformation is possible.
I have seen it many times and would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
