I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) based in Orange County, California, offering virtual therapy throughout the state. I work with high-performing individuals navigating addiction, trauma, and relational challenges who feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward. Using evidence-based approaches, including Attachment-Focused EMDR, we work to understand the deeper influences shaping your experiences and create space for new ways of relating, responding, and living differently.

For many of us, acknowledging that something has to shift is the hardest part. At some point, we recognize the gap between where we are and where we want to be, the dynamics that keep playing out, the relationships that feel disconnected, and the ways we cope that no longer serve us. Choosing to do something about it is a courageous act. I respect you for making that choice and would be honored to join you in that process.
